Unsettled® Planet 006: Kaélyfos

The premise of exploring a giant floating celestial head sounded gimmicky until we actually played, and the way the factions interact mechanically kept everyone at the table second-guessing each other. We lost track of time and ended up playing two sessions back to back.

The artwork alone—a massive severed head drifting through space—sets an eerie yet oddly peaceful tone that my group loved. Setup was straightforward, and the unfolding narrative kept us engaged for hours.

The whole conceit of exploring a giant floating celestial head is so weird and specific, and the planet cards make every session feel different from the last. The rulebook is dense but the solo mode clicked for me by the second game.
